Day 4: Awards part 1

Player of the match:

Day 4: 2nds football vs IFC Ambacht

The boys showed good progress from where they started at the beginning of the trip. They were passing much faster and trying to use the whole width of the pitch. Both teams got early goals but as half time drew close we showed signs of being tired and allowed the opposition to score again.

After a half time talk the boys went back onto the pitch ready to give their all for their last match of the tour. They made the most of their opportunities and scored three more times. This resulted in a final score of 4-2 to Brambletye. This included three goals by Aamir and one from Ben C.

Man if the match: Ben C

Day 4: Awards part 2

The Feyenoord Award:

Men of the Match

Coach of the week:

Day 4: 1st Football vs IFC Ambacht

We implemented the skills of the Feyenoord coaches by opening up the play to out pass our opponents across the pitch to win this game 7-0. This included 4 goals for Josh as well as goals from Max S, Henrik and Bun.

Men of the match: Josh, Myles and captain Max S.

Day 4: Brambletye vs HCR

This was a tough physical game and these girls were stronger but we were equally matched.

First half was close but they managed to squeak a goal and in and they went into half time with a one goal lead.
After the break they came out even stronger and put a lot of pressure on our defence. Savannah started to find space on the right and after a couple of near misses, she managed to get the ball on target and Rosanna pushed the ball over the line: 1-1.
It was end to end stuff with more physicality than finesse, but the score remained honours even until the end.

MoM: Savannah

This is the second HCR coach to make a point of how good our goalie is: well done Anna!

Match Tea watching the 1st team ladies train ...

Thank you again RHC for an excellent evening.
